Conrad Boyd brings nearly a decade of expertise from both the public and private accounting sectors, alongside five years of successful real estate investments. Passionate about guiding others on their investment journey, he is dedicated to creating opportunities that build wealth for investors and improve the lives of residents in the communities he serves. Outside of real estate, Conrad enjoys traveling with his wife, hiking, mountain biking, playing softball, reading, and learning new skills.
Jonathan Wei

Jonathan Wei began his career as tax professional and worked in corporate America over 20 years, before pursuing commercial real estate full-time. He founded Greystone Capital Group in 2018, specializing in Multifamily and Self-Storage investments. He has over 2,300 units and $100M+ in his real estate portfolio. Jonathan is also a host of the podcast “Building Wealth Through Commercial Real Estate”.
